Institution dossier · five-hub coverage, uneven depth

What Morgan Stanley’s current evidence shows across London, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai

Two former research gaps have now resolved. Morgan Stanley’s current official campus surfaces establish a 2027 Investment Banking programme covering Singapore and a separate 2027 Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship in Dubai. London, New York and Hong Kong remain in the Atlas at thinner programme-specific depth, so this is five-hub coverage rather than a claim of five-hub comparability.

Why the Singapore evidence matters

The official 2027 programme directory now names an Investment Banking Industrial Placement / Summer Analyst Program covering Hong Kong, Singapore and Seoul. This is programme-level evidence, not an inference from Singapore office presence. The same directory gives a regional application constraint: candidates in Asia excluding India may submit up to three opportunities per recruitment year.

Why the Dubai evidence matters

The Dubai listing is unusually specific. It names Investment Banking, a six-month Off-Cycle Internship beginning in January 2027, an 18 October 2026 deadline and rolling recruitment. That resolves the earlier WGI research gap for a current Dubai/GCC student or graduate programme cell.

Research-memory lesson

The same-day gap resolution is itself methodologically useful: a prior search that did not establish programme evidence was not evidence of absence. When Morgan Stanley Campus indexing exposed the current listings, WGI preserved the failed-search history and promoted the new evidence instead of rewriting the past.

Limit

This dossier does not establish one Morgan Stanley global selection process, hidden scoring, acceptance odds or identical architecture across the five hubs. The London, New York and Hong Kong cells remain thinner than the current Singapore and Dubai programme evidence.
