Which reviewed elite investment banks or advisory firms explicitly use Suited?

Moelis and PJT Partners explicitly publish use of Suited in campus recruiting. PJT additionally states that the assessment is used alongside other recruiting data and is not weighted more than other evaluation factors.

Moelis

Moelis says US and UK campus candidates complete Suited, which contributes behavioural-trait and cognitive-competency information to the recruiting process. Its careers page also describes technical and behavioural first-round interviews followed by a final round with multiple senior bankers. Official source · SIG-252.

PJT Partners

PJT says Suited is a required application component designed to assess factors beyond the standard resume. Crucially, PJT also states that Suited provides additional data used with other recruiting evidence and is not weighted more than other evaluation factors. Official source · SIG-254.

What this does not prove

This is a defined two-firm evidence subset. It is not an estimate of how common Suited or psychometric assessment is across investment banking, and use of an assessment does not establish its causal weight unless the employer explicitly states it.

Denominator: two named advisory firms with canonical Suited evidence reviewed on 14 September 2026.
