The Diagnostic is for deciding whether a further private advisory investment is justified by the candidate's raw material, target, selection bottleneck and seriousness of sponsor support.

Who ECS is for

  1. Strong grades that are not converting: a competitive academic profile but applications, video interviews or assessment centres are stalling.
  2. Elite education that is not translating into interviews or offers at the target firm set.
  3. Genuinely competitive targets - elite law, investment banking, private capital or consulting.

Who Private ECS is not for

  1. Candidates with a materially weak academic profile for selective careers, unless there is exceptional offsetting evidence.
