The Final Stage Assessment is split into two exercises*: A discussion about your topic preparation with one of our assessors. This will be a two-way discussion which typically lasts around 30-40 minutes. The assessor will ask questions throughout to help keep the discussion flowing. A skills and motivation interview where we'll ask some questions to learn more about your alignment with the capabilities we look for at Deloitte. This usually lasts around 50 minutes.
