Strong candidate. No offers. Nobody has told you why.
Elite Careers Strategy is a private, one-to-one advisory for families whose son or daughter is targeting law, investment banking, private capital or consulting and is not getting through. Hassan Akram takes every first call himself, and it ends with a straight answer on which part of the process is being lost.
The first call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You will not be quoted a price on it.
Three people, and usually the same decision.
You want to know what is actually going wrong.
Before you spend anything, you get a straight answer on where your child is losing the process and whether we can help. If we cannot, we say so.
You need discretion, and evidence you can check.
The first assessment is private and led by Hassan himself. Most of our families are never named publicly. Evidence can be reviewed privately.
You keep getting rejected and nobody will tell you why.
We work out which part of the process you are losing: the application, the tests, the interview or the assessment centre. Then we fix that part.
Three things families want to know first.
You have paid for a good education and the offers are still not coming. That gap is the whole reason this practice exists. The first call is where we find out what is causing it.
Request a Private DiagnosticYou will not be quoted a price before we understand the problem.
We do not publish pricing and we do not quote on a first call. Cost is discussed once we know what the work actually is, and only if we think it is worth doing.
This is not general careers advice.
The first call ends with a specific answer: this is the stage you are losing, and this is why. That answer is useful to you whether or not you go further.
Nobody has to be named.
Most of our families are never mentioned publicly. Nothing is published without written permission, and privacy is the normal choice, not the exception.
Some families are not thinking about one application.
They are thinking about the whole route: which degree, which internships, which firms, and how to keep a teenager on track without taking the decisions away from them.
Where that is the real brief, we can work with a family across several years rather than a single cycle.
How multi-year advisory worksProof should feel like a file, not a slogan.
Most of what we could show you, we cannot: the families asked not to be named, and we keep that promise. What is public is below. If you need to see more before you trust us with your child, ask on the call and we will show you privately.
Evidence, not adjectives
Every outcome we claim is documented and held on file. Where a family wants privacy, we show the evidence to you directly instead of publishing it.
You work with Hassan
Your first call is with Hassan Akram, not a salesperson and not an assistant. So is every session after it.
We turn people down
We take on around thirty families a year. If the timing is wrong or we are not the right answer, we tell you at the first call.
Parents are welcome
If you are paying for this, you should be in the room for the decision. Parents and sponsors are expected at the first call.
Three conversations. You can stop after any of them.
The Diagnostic
A private call with Hassan. We look at the applications, the rejections and the firms being targeted, and identify exactly where the process is being lost.
The plan and the cost
Only if we can help. You are shown what the work would be, how long it takes, which firms are in scope and what it costs.
Your decision
You decide with the plan and the price in front of you. Nobody is asked to commit on a call.
Families doing their own diligence usually read three things first: the documented track record, including the founder-in-the-room photography and the evidence classification; Hassan Akram’s background, from the hiring side to private advisory; and what the engagement actually contains, including an anonymised sample of the written work a session produces.
Start with the diagnosis.
One private call with Hassan. You leave knowing which part of the process your child is losing and why. If we can help, we will say what that would involve. If we cannot, we will tell you that instead.
