We engage a small number of candidates per cycle. Selectivity is the practical mechanism that protects the work.

The candidate is paired with Hassan Akram personally. There is no team-handoff layer. The framework deployment, the live coaching, the application review, and the strategy calls all run through the founder.
- 03Sustained engagement
The strongest engagements run for multiple years. Karam's four-year arc is the foundational case but not the only one. Single-cycle engagements exist for late-stage candidates with a specific outcome window. Multi-year engagements are reserved for the families that want to build candidate readiness from before university through to graduation.

Candidates and families are anonymised in any external material. Public-facing case studies exist only with explicit consent and are reserved for outcomes where the candidate has chosen visibility, typically state-school candidates whose families want their journey to inspire others.
