For International Families
You may have already invested heavily.
The offer still has to be engineered.
Many ECS families are internationally mobile, education-led and deeply invested in their child's future. They have paid for private school, British boarding, UK or US university, relocation, visas, tutors, internships and networks.
But even after hundreds of thousands of pounds of prior investment, the final outcome is not automatic.
A Magic Circle training contract, a US elite law offer, a bulge-bracket analyst seat or a private capital internship is not secured by education alone. It is secured through a separate selection system: written applications, firm-specific motivation, assessment centres, video interviews, commercial judgement, technical depth, partner conversations and conversion moments.
That final mile, converting education investment into an actual offer letter, is the problem ECS was built to solve.

Families we understand
ECS is built for families who have already taken education seriously.
Some are international parents who sent their children to British boarding schools or UK universities. Some are based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Mumbai, Lagos or New York. Some are first-generation professional families who have invested everything available into education. Some are UHNW families who have access to every resource, but still need the selection system decoded.
The backgrounds vary. The problem is often the same: the family has invested heavily, but the candidate still needs a structured path through the final mile of elite selection.
That is where ECS sits.

The Three Questions Every Parent Asks
Before any family engages ECS, they want clear answers to three questions.
One · Economics
What is the actual return?
A first-year newly qualified solicitor at White & Case, Kirkland & Ellis, or Clifford Chance earns £150,000 to £175,000. Within five years of qualification, career earnings routinely pass £1M. In investment banking the compression is faster: analyst to VP typically trebles total compensation inside five years. For families who secure the target outcome, the engagement can represent a small fraction of first-year compensation and an even smaller fraction of long-term career value. The economic upside is clear. The real question is whether the candidate is prepared well enough to secure the offer in the first place.
Two · Probability
What changes the probability of an offer?
Elite firms reject over 95% of applicants. The rejection is almost never about ability. It is about how the ability is expressed: under structured assessment pressure, against a specific commercial question, within a defined framework. ECS teaches the frameworks that make that expression repeatable: STAR-3® for interviews, PEAL-3™ for commercial awareness, VTMR™ for firm selection. ECS is designed for the small group of candidates who need specialist, firm-specific preparation beyond the general support available through university careers services.
Three · Trust
Why should a family trust this particular provider?
Hassan Akram has been an invited speaker at Yale SOM, Harvard Business School, and MIT Sloan, has published over thirty columns in The Times of India on elite firm and admissions strategy, and has produced over 100 documented client outcomes at Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, Morgan Stanley, White & Case, Clifford Chance, Freshfields, Slaughter and May, Kirkland & Ellis, and more. Former Head of IB Campus Recruiting at UBS New York has called him "the strongest career strategist I have encountered, anywhere in the world."
The Economic Case
The numbers that context this decision.
The engagement is a deep investment. It is discussed privately at the diagnostic, sized against scope, and structured to the family. Families range from working-class households investing every available resource through to ultra-high-net-worth. Every figure below is documented: offer letters, salary confirmations, and named outcomes held on file and shared during the diagnostic.

Clients have come from Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, and UCL, and from universities those firms have never recruited from.
Over a twenty-year career horizon, the compensation delta between an ECS client outcome and the graduate median exceeds three million pounds. The Private Client Advisory fee is the smallest line item in that calculation.

Why Parents Commit
"We were asked to consider what it would cost to give our son a structured path into an elite corporate law firm. White & Case pay a newly qualified solicitor £175,000, more in a single year than the whole engagement. The Private Client Advisory paid for itself inside weeks of his first year. Every year after that is compound return. It is the best investment we have made in his education, and we include Oxford in that comparison."

Non-Negotiable
For parent-funded engagements, a parent must attend the diagnostic call.
This is not a formality. The diagnostic involves the candidate's current position, the family's prior investment, the target outcome, the scope of the engagement and the decision about whether ECS is the right fit.
Where the family is funding the engagement, the economic decision-maker should be in the room.

Parent FAQs
What international parents ask before applying.
My child has invested heavily in education but still cannot secure a training contract. What should I do?
You are not alone. Most ECS families have already invested hundreds of thousands of pounds in private school fees, British boarding, undergraduate tuition, relocation, visas, and tutors before reaching ECS. The last mile, converting that prior investment into an actual offer letter at a Magic Circle or US elite law firm or a bulge bracket investment bank, is a separate problem with a separate system. ECS solves the last mile. Apply for a diagnostic call at https://www.accessecs.com/start.
Why must a parent be present on the diagnostic call?
The economic decision sits with the family, so the family must be in the room. ECS does not run diagnostic calls without a parent present when the candidate is under twenty-two. This is a non-negotiable rule, not a preference. The diagnostic is a private assessment of your child's profile against the real hiring bar at the target firms, not a sales call.
What is the return on investment?
A newly qualified solicitor at White & Case London earns £175,000 per year. At US elite firms in London, NQ compensation reaches £225,000. Career earnings in the first five years post-qualification typically exceed £1 million for clients who secure their target offers, and compound materially thereafter. The ECS engagement pays for itself within weeks of the first year at the firm. Every year after that is compound return on the original education investment.
Is ECS suitable for international families?
Yes. Ninety-five per cent of ECS families are international. Clients come from Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Mumbai, Lagos, New York, and across the EMEA, Middle East, Asia, and GCC regions. Most are targeting careers in London or New York for their children. The practice operates globally across time zones, in English.
What proof does ECS provide?
ECS has documented over one hundred elite career outcomes. Most clients remain anonymous, but evidence is held on file for every stated outcome, redacted where necessary. A small number of clients are publicly named with full written consent, including Karam Kahlon (University of Exeter, five distinct elite finance outcomes), Vivek Edulakanti (UCL, BNP Paribas Markets), and Vivek Patel (BTEC DDD, BNP Paribas Markets). Hassan Akram is endorsed by Kristin Irish, Former Head of Investment Banking Campus Recruiting at UBS Investment Bank New York, who described him as "the strongest career strategist I have encountered, anywhere in the world."
