ECS is independent and unaffiliated with any firm named. Outcomes are candidate-specific and not guaranteed. Some clients are anonymised at their request. Evidence is retained on file and redacted where necessary. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Evidence Protocol

Why some evidence is private.

Most families request discretion. ECS publishes only the proof it is permitted to show. For serious families and approved diligence reviewers, additional evidence can be reviewed privately where appropriate.

Tier 1

Public named proof

Used where written consent exists. The client is named, photographed and the outcome is published. A small share of ECS engagements.

Tier 2

Public anonymised proof

Used where families permit the outcome but not the identity. The firm, stage and engagement are published; the candidate is redacted.

Tier 3

Private evidence file

Offer letters, screenshots, correspondence and engagement records retained on file. Reviewable privately by serious families and approved diligence reviewers where appropriate.

Apply for a Private Diagnostic

For the parent or sponsor

What this means for your child.

If they are not getting interviews

The issue is probably Stage 1. The written assets are not clearing the screen.

If they get interviews but no offers

The issue is probably Stage 2. The answers are not surviving pressure, follow-ups or technical depth.

If they reach finals but do not convert

The issue is probably Stage 3. Performance under observation - ACs, schemes or final rounds - needs rebuilding.

Apply for a Private Diagnostic

We will identify the failed stage and scope support around it.

Find Your Stage

Find your child's failed stage.

The Diagnostic identifies where the process is breaking and what support would be required to compete seriously.

Apply for a Private ECS Diagnostic

Parent or decision-maker should attend where possible.

What Families Ask

What parents and candidates ask before applying.

Are these case studies real?

Yes. Evidence is held on file and redacted where necessary. Most clients are anonymised at their request. A small number are publicly named with full written consent.

Why are many clients anonymised?

Because many families request discretion. ECS publishes only the proof it is permitted to show. The underlying evidence is retained on file.

Can we review more evidence before proceeding?

Serious families and approved diligence reviewers may be shown additional evidence where appropriate. Reach out via the Diagnostic application and the Client Team will explain the protocol.

Does ECS guarantee outcomes?

No. Outcomes vary and depend on candidate performance, market conditions and process timing.

Is ECS affiliated with the firms listed?

No. ECS is independent and unaffiliated with any firm or institution named. Firm names describe candidate destination outcomes only.

What happens after I apply?

You complete the Diagnostic application, book a call, Hassan maps the failed stage and ECS scopes support if there is fit.
